About Me

Hi.  My name’s Nick.  I’ve been practicing yoga for more than thirty years and teaching it where I live in Scotland for fourteen years.  I find it an endlessly fascinating subject.  Having benefitted enormously from yoga myself, I’m passionate about sharing the benefits with my students.

About My Training

I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, gaining my full teaching diploma after four years of part-time study in 2006.  The course is recognised as one of the leading yoga teaching courses in the UK.

About Mindfulness

Since 2010, I have been practicing mindfulness.  I followed an online course and later trained with the Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach secondary pupils.
