Weekly Teaching Programme

Wednesdays

10:30 to 11:15 am.  Hatha Yoga.

University of Dundee Institute for Sport & Exercise.

Thursdays

09:30 to 10:30 am.  Morning Yoga Flow.

Weekly guided yoga practice suitable for beginners and those with some experience.  Develop physical strength, flexibility and balance.  Learn mindfulness and relaxation skills.

Online with Zoom

£6 per session.  Payable monthly in advance.  Free trial lesson available for all newcomers, plus an initial one-to-one chat on Zoom if you wish to answer your questions about yoga and discuss any health issues or concerns you may have.
